The NurseCall360 – Nurse Calling system consists of two main components: hardware and software. The hardware includes patient-operated call buttons, and the software comprises a backend server, a front-end application displayed on a TV, and a smartwatch application, enabling staff to identify which patient is requesting assistance.

The objective of this System is to implement an efficient and reliable nurse calling system that allows patients to request assistance by pressing a button, instantly notifying nursing staff through a display on an Android TV application and a smartwatch app, ensuring prompt response and enhanced patient care.

NurseCall360 is an intelligent, interactive IP nurse call system that transforms healthcare administration and health information management. Designed for hospitals, clinics, skilled nursing facilities, independent living, memory care, assisted living, including acute and long-term care, NurseCall360 streamlines workflow, enhances patient safety, and reduces response times.

This Analog based system includes attendant warning console (dot matrix LED-based), attendant call reporting, warning/notification software, room control unit, lamp control unit (optional), bed set call reset, patient hand set and WC emergency call button with a cord and over-door warning lamp.

Calls made from any point of the systems are simultaneously are shown visually and in audio form both on the attendant call console and on the computer where the simulator software is installed.

The records/registries of the events are stored on a PC software and can be reported at any time.

The attendant visits the room and pushes the call reset button to indicate that he/she has attended to the matter. Overdoor corridor lamp turns into red during a call, and into green when the attendant attends to the matter.

When the matter is attended to, a different emergency occurs. The system switched into emergency call mode (Code Blue) via call button. This lights overdoor corridor lamp blue, and the attendant panel and simulator software will send notification in emergency mode.

Simulator software, which operates on the system, can also work on the network. Within different scenarios that contain more than one services, it is possible to track the calls of different notification panels from one point via night shift application when there are no attendants present in the service.
